Przygody Błękitnego Rycerzyka (The Adventures of the Blue Knight) was originally a television series created at the Animated Films Studio in Bielsko-Biała in 1963-65 by Lechosław Marszałek, one of the most important creators of Polish animation for children. In 1983, the 13-episode series was used as the basis for a feature-length animated film directed by Lechosław Marszałek, who, alongside Halina Filek, also designed the poster.
