Original Polish print in colour aquatint technique entitled ‘The Depopulationist’ inspired by Samuel Becket’s 1970 work of the same title. The print was made by the artist: STANISŁAW NOWICKI
The print is signed in pencil under the illustration: in the lower right corner – the artist’s name; in the lower left corner – the title of the work; in the central part – the specification of the graphic technique: aquatint. In addition, the print is marked EPR D’ART (Epreuve d’Artiste – this means an author’s print, unnumbered. Prints with this marking are copies of a small number of prints intended for the artist’s own use)
The print has a clear matrix imprint (54.5 x 64.5 cm). The entire sheet has the format 57 x 74 cm
